My SMS sign-in code didn't arrive.
Wait 30 seconds and try again — sometimes SMS is delayed. If still nothing: make sure you typed the right number, check signal, try a different network (switch off WiFi or vice versa). Still stuck? Email contact@onigururestaurant.com.
My loyalty points aren't showing up.
Points appear after you give your phone number at the counter and the cashier rings you up. If you ordered today and don't see points by tomorrow, email contact@onigururestaurant.com with the location name — each OniGuru runs its own loyalty program in Square.
I redeemed a reward but the cashier can't find it.
Show them the 6-character code from the app. The cashier opens your loyalty account in Square and finds the pending reward there. If they still can't find it, the reward is safe in their system — email us and we'll help reconcile.
Can I order delivery online?
Where offered, yes — but it goes through each location's Square Online site. From our order page, tap your location to go to its ordering site, then choose pickup or delivery from there.
